Knowing that I am limitless

Growing up, I always believed that there is more to life than what we know; there is so much more we are capable of doing, if we believe it. But I had no tools and didn't know where to start. Little did I know that we are limitless and powerful beyond belief. As a child, I envisioned the world in all its greatness, but always felt trapped and limited in my own body. I had so many unanswered questions. My innate understanding of the world, and our connection to everything around us is what constantly allowed me to search for answers and seek the highest truth.  

With Theta Healing, Yoga, Art, and integrative nutrition under my belt, coupled with my medical background in Pharmacy, I have a 360 integrative approach to health and wellness that would support the healing process. I started taking on clients in 2016, regularly working through ThetaHealing and Integrative Nutrition sessions. I even began teaching ThetaHealing to people who wanted to take the modality a step further. When I saw my clients heal and get better, I got a strong sense of validation that confirmed what I new all along — we are powerful, abundant and limitless  beings and we can choose to heal and improve our lives. Now, I have decided to extend an even longer arm to the people who need support and help. I created Reboot & Reroot in order to spread the knowledge I gained, and continue to acquire, to anyone who chooses to receive it. I created Reboot & Reroot to teach the world that we are not tied down to our circumstance, nor are we defined by them. We evolve every day, and our way forward is simply through knowing that the choice is always in our hand.
